In this connection, the petitioner had preferred a complaint dated 18.10.2009 and she was also informed by the Police that suitable action will be taken against the said Balamurugan and Balakrishnan. Since no action was taken by the police on her complaint preferred on 18.10.2009, the petitioner on 19.10.2009 had sent an SMS from her mobile phone to the Chennai City Police Emergency Mobile Phone Complaint Cell for which she had received a reply saying that her complaint would be forwarded to the concerned Police Officers of Chennai City Police and subsequently, she was instructed to lodge a written complaint before the Rajamangalam Police Station.
